Hey hey! It's a lovely Thursday morning and I'm feeling great! The baby's moving around like crazy and it's such an amazing feeling. Sometimes I get the giggles because he won't stop and it starts to tickle :)

Since I've been feeling so great lately Morgan and I have been meeting at the gym at 5:45am to take a class (called Group Power) and it sure is refreshing... after I come home and shower of course! Then, I have to whole rest of the day to look forward too. I LOVE Thursdays and I'm not really sure why.... I still have class, but I'm done around 315 then I head to Tyler's school to pick him up early and the two of us can hang out together until daddy gets home. And Friday's are even better because I don't work, nor have school! Yippie!

I'm SO excited school's coming to an end... FOR GOOD! That's right, I only have 2 more weeks left and then finals until I GRADUATE!

Well I better pack my bag and head to school before I'm late and can't find a parking spot.

Here's a couple picks of my in my 5th month of pregnancy!!

I'm about 20 weeks here:

This is today! I'm about 22 1/2 weeks!!

That's right everyone! Tyler is going to have a baby brother!! We had our ultrasound on March 28th where we were able to see the "turtle"! We are all so excited and can't wait for him to come into this world. The nurse said everything looks great! The baby's feet are already an inch long and he weighs about 7ounces (almost the size of a container of sour cream!) He was rolling around a lot and had is arms up like he was ready to fight :) According to the babies measurements, she had me at 19 weeks and 6 days and I have me as 18 weeks and 6 days! We're still going to stick to the due date at August 23rd, but we'll see when the little man decides to come!
We are all so excited and I was so happy my mom and brother Jay were there with us at the ultrasound, it meant SO much!
I go tomorrow for my 5 month (20 week) check up tomorrow. Hopefully I didn't gain too much weight! Wish me luck!

On Saturday night after picking my Mom and Jay up at the airport we went to the Bobcat's basketball game! We sat in the nose bleed section, which was still great because it right next to the Kids Zone where Jay and Tyler could play basketball or practice shooting hoops! Eric had 2 tickets in a sweet, so I visited him there for a little bit... that was awesome! The game was great, however, we lost in overtime.

Charleston Trip!

Last week was my Spring break and I wanted to do something special. So, I called up my mom's best friend (my 2nd mom) and asked her if we could come for a visit. They live in Charleston right near the beach, so it was perfect. The weather was beautiful too! On Saturday we got up early and Howard, her husband, dropped us off at one end of the bridge met us at the other side. For those of you who haven't been recently, there's a new bridge that takes you from downtown to Mt. Pleasant. It's about 2 miles long and a lot of people walk and run across it. I can't wait to run it next year. Tyler did great, for the most part. He started to get a little tired towards the end, but once we told him we were going to the beach next, he got really excited.

When we finally crossed, the sun was shinning bright and the weather was perfect. It was a little windy, but that's just what we needed to fly Tyler's kite! Tyler LOVES the beach, he would bring it home with him if he could. He also loves animals. Howard and Robin have a dog and a cat and Tyler got to feed them and walk the dog each day, he loved it!

It was a wonderful weekend full of fun and leisure! We can't wait to go back again, if they'll let us of course ;)

Enjoy the slide show!

It's definately official everyone! We are expecting our 2nd child!!! I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow and the due date is August 23rd. I went to the Doctor today, did the usual check-up (weigh myself, pee, check blood pressure, and my favorite- hear the baby's heart beat!) Everything looks and sounds great. It's been a wonderful day, I'm feeling great and just so gosh darn happy! The Doctor said we can come back in 2 weeks for an ultrasound to find out if we're having another boy or a little girl! HOORAY :)

At my 11 week check up, we had our first ultrasound to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. Tyler came with us and was SO excited! He wanted the baby to come out then, but the nurse told him that the baby was only about the size of his pointer finger. So, when Tyler got to school that day he was showing everyone the picture of his baby and pointing his finger saying "my baby's only this big."

Tyler loves to talk to the baby and rub my belly. The other day he asked me where the baby's mouth was so he can give the baby a kiss... oh he's so sweet.

We're so excited and just wanted to spread the news to everyone!!

Last weekend we were fortunate enough to go with some great friends of ours to Mt. Mitchell and stay for the weekend in their father's mountain house! It was a wonderful mini vacation and we all had a wonderful time. Saturday turned out to be a gorgeous day. The kids (all 6 of them) played outside from sun up to sun down. There was a big open field out front with as small pond and to the left of the house was a trail. We decided to take kids hiking up the mountain, each carrying our own walking stick because it was a little steep at times. Eric decided to go "off roading" and led us all to the wonderful water! We climbed on all the rocks and took tons of pictures. When the day come to an end, and all the kids were asleep, the girls did facials while the guys played ping pong and fooze-ball. Then we all came together and played the wonderful game of Monopoly (oh! and I won!! heheheeh).

Enjoy the slide show!

One of Tyler's many birthday gifts was a Spiderman kite from his good friend Ty. Tyler loves flying kites eversince he saw Papa fly his kite at the beach in Florida. He was really looking forward to flying his kite with Daddy, so we waited for a windy afternoon and took the kite to a big open field near a school. Tyler had a blast running here and there and everywhere :) Then a sad thing happened... the wind came too strong and the string broke and there goes the kite into a bundle of prikley bushes over a fence! Bye bye kite. Guess we'll have to get a new one!

TYLER IS 4!!!

Tyler had a great 4th birthday (Feb 1) and of course this turned into a week long celebration versus just one day. He had a great time with all of his friends!

His first day as a 4 year old was also our first snow of the year. Tyler and mommy got to pay outside in snow and build a little snowman. Then he had a birthday party at school on Friday and a huge party at home on Saturday. There were about 13 kids here and a giant bounce house that we rented for part of the day along with a big bubble machine. All the kids loved it and although it turned out to be a little cold (about 45 degrees), everyone had a great time. Here are all the pictures from his birthday week.

Love you all!

After talking about putting laminate floors in the house for the past couple years, Erin and I finally decided to get to it. We decided to give each other the gift of floors for Christmas and it turned out great. I started after we got back from Cincinnati and they are all done (I just need to put the trim back up).

Here are a couple pictures of the old, dirty floors (before):

Happy New Year!!!
We got to celebrate the new year with my sister, Kate, and her boyfriend, Dustin and had a wonderful time!!! For the big new year celebration we went over to a friends house for food, drinks and kareoke!!! Yep, I got to sing for everyone! My sister helped out so it sounded a lot smoother. I created a slide show of the evening! Enjoy!!!

Merry Christmas everyone!! Eric, Tyler and I drove up to Cincinnati, Ohio for about a week to visit Eric's family. We had a BLAST... especially Ty man. Each day we did something exciting. We went to the children's museam, Pyramid Hill to see tons of lights, saw a Nativiy Scene with real animals, the Zoo's Festival of Lights,.... etc! It was so fun watching Tyler's face light up Christmas morning when Santa came. He not only opened up all his presents, but he helped us open ours as well!

A few weeks ago we decided to buy a shed to put out back for extra storage. (Finally a place for our bikes!) Eric put it together all himself. Well, little Ty man helped out too! He even had his own shovel to help move the dirt. Tyler told me that he used his "big muscles" to hold the walls up for daddy! After a few hours of hard work, they finished it and it looks great!! Have a look!

Last Saturday was Eric's Christmas party for Lending Tree. It was held at the Convention Center downtown in one of the ballrooms. The theme this year was "The Artic" I thought it was so cute because there were penguins everywhere.. makes me want to go see the movie Happy Feet! Anyway, we had a BLAST!! The food was yummy and the band..well, they were alright too. I mostly enjoyed talking with the people Eric works with! They were all so nice! After the party we went to Connolly's uptown with a small group and continued the fun!! Unfortunatly, that's the last of the parties until New Years! We leave for Cincinatti next Wednesday and we are SO excited. It looks like Eric's parents have planned a lot of stuff for us to do while we're up there. Hopefully we'll have a white Christmas! I've been dreaming of a white christmas!

After work Thursday we went to pick out our Christmas tree. It was SO cold and windy while we were looking so we just picked one of the first ones we saw. There was no time to be picky! After we picked out the tree Tyler and I ran back to the car to get warmed up! Eric's dad flew in Friday so that night we all decorated the tree together. Tyler had a blast putting his ornaments on the tree. Funny how the bottom of the tree has LOTS of ornaments on it and they're all in one spot!

Christmas is right around the corner everyone! Time to get those decorations out of the attic, pick out the perfect tree, go to holiday parties and travel all over the states to visit famiy! It's the most wonderful time of the year.... just like the song! Ha! I'm singing it right now... "It's the most wonderful time of the year.. there will be kids jingle belling and la la la.."

This is a picture from the Buckner's Christmas party! We go there every year and it's so much fun. Lot's of great food and fun! It's always great to catch up with everyone since we don't get to see them as often as we'd like!

I'm not sure what Eric's doing with his neck, but it's still a cute pic :)

We are spending Thanksgiving in Tampa this year and decided to run in the 28th Annual Turkey Trot. There were three races on Thanksgiving morning (1 mile, 5K and 10K). Everyone walked the one mile except for Erin who ran in the 10K (6.2 miles) and did great. There were 2,397 runners in this race and she finished 58th overall for the womans group in 46 minutes and 56 seconds. Here is Erin finishing the race.

Here's the crew after the race (Erin doesn't even look tired!!)

It was Eric's birthday today and we got all dressed up in our Panther gear and went to a Carolina Panther's Football game! It was a blast; cold, but fun! It's always nice to see our home team win! When we first got there and parked our car, Eric and Josh started playing catch with the football. Eric was on top of a hill and Josh was at the bottom. Josh threw Eric a pass and Eric dove for it down the hill...he rolled down and landed straight on the concrete sidewalk! Luckily he laughed about it because it was hard for me to keep from laughing! No major injuries, just a little grass stain!

Well the school semester is finally coming to an end! After Thanksgiving I only have 2 more weeks of classes then finals. I'm SO excited because that means I'll only have ONE semester to go. I registered for classes yesturday and that was a great success. I only needed Calc IV and a Senior Project class to get my Math Degree, but I need 10 hrs. to graduate. So that means I'll just have to take a couple electives. I chose Child Psychology, Gender and Education and Healthy Lifestyles! I figured those classes would be interesting and not too too challenging (I hope!) But before I get too excited, I needed to finish this semester first. I'm in an Applied Math class and it's killing me, but I'll get through :) Wish me luck!!

At the beginning of September we went on a vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. We have heard lots of great things about this area, but had never been there. Michael and Erin (friends from work/Liam's parents) and Jon and Jen (Michael's brother) invited us to come with them and we had lots of fun. Plenty of time at the beach and pool with friends wore out Tyler and gave Erin and I time to relax at night which was nice (Of course, we had fun at the beach and pool also!). Here are some pics from the vacation.

Tyler was very excited about Halloween this year. After going back and forth between Batman, Spiderman, Bob the Builder and Tigger, he finally decided on Mr. Incredible. We went over to John and Jennifer's neighborhood so he could trick or treat with his friends.

He also helped design and carve the pumpkins he is standing beside. Pretty exciting!

Today's such a beautiful day! I can't believe it's 80 degrees in November! Tyler and I have the weekend to ourselves while Eric and his friends are all going camping. You should of seen how happy and excited he was to be going. He's been looking forward to this trip for a while now. Tyler and I took the day off from work/school to hang out together. Before Eric left today we all played outside in all the leaves. Tyler wanted to "push mommy in." They definately succeeded and I left trails of leaves throughout the house! I can't believe how many leaves are in our back yard! After Eric left, Ty and I met Morgan for lunch (Panara Bread, YUM!) and now he's napping. I promised him we'd go see some of his friends when he woke up, so he's looking forward to that :) Now what am I supposed to do in this quite house! Maybe I'll go lay out outside and get a tan! Ha! A tan in November, what do you think Morgan ;)
